Magazines and Digital Journalism
Print magazines provide broad real-life training — especially at a B2B magazine publishing company on the cusp of a digital transition.
I was the youngest magazine editor in company history when I began leading a commercial real estate investment magazine just before the 2008 real estate crisis. Managing hybrid print-digital publishing workflows, collaborating with PR agencies and freelance writers, and serving a tumultuous sector with incisive content have equipped me to work with any industry or client.
I also served as editor of the company’s largest and most successful publication, which served solar professionals, working seamlessly with account teams to deliver growth during an era of unprecedented upheaval. To bring the company into the modern era and expand our content’s reach, I introduced and led a successful inaugural social media program.
